Job summary

John Deere is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Compact Construction Equipment in the Denver, CO area. You will lead dealer-driven sales for compact construction equipment and attachments, coordinating with the territory team and supporting local events and associations.

The role requires strong sales, marketing, dealer network experience and a track record of managing a large territory. Extensive travel (up to 75%) is expected within the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction/Compact Construction industry; dealer networks.
• Sales and marketing experience.
• Experience managing a large, profitable territory.
• Ability to apply business concepts and tools to tactical and strategic initiatives with dealers.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dealers to manage sales processes and drive sales growth.
• Act as lead within the territory to implement strategic initiatives with products and solutions.
• Drive use of incentives and programs to meet sales targets.
• Arrange and deliver product, application, and sales training with dealers.
• Serve as compact construction product information expert and training resource.
• Travel up to 75% within the territory to work with dealers and visit customers.
