You will lead sales efforts with dealers, drive growth for compact equipment and attachments, and coordinate with the territory team while supporting regional events.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 75%), strong knowledge of the construction equipment market, and proven ability to manage a large, profitable territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, compact construction, or off-road equipment sales.
• Sales and marketing experience.
• Experience working with large dealer networks.
• Demonstrated field experience managing a large territory.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dealers to manage sales processes and drive growth.
• Lead within the territory to implement strategic initiatives with products and solutions.
• Drive use of incentives and programs to meet sales targets.
• Arrange and deliver product and application training with dealers.
• Serve as a training resource and product information expert for the territory.
