Job summary

John Deere is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Construction Equipment in Las Vegas, NV. This remote-eligible role will lead dealer relationships, drive sales of compact construction equipment and attachments, and coordinate with the territory team to support events and associations.

You will collaborate with dealers to implement strategic initiatives, achieve sales and margin targets, and train on processes. Travel up to 75% is required to meet customers and dealers across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction equipment or off-road gear customer base.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills with dealers and customers.
• Ability to balance Deere and dealer objectives in strategic and tactical discussions.
• Strong time management, planning, and prioritization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dealers to manage sales processes and drive solutions.
• Lead in the territory to implement strategic initiatives with dealers.
• Drive meeting of sales targets and gross margin goals.
• Organize training with dealers on input, production, and sales.
• Coordinate dealer use of product consultations and sales resources.
• Travel up to 75% mostly within the territory to visit customers.
