John Deere Construction & Forestry is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Denver, CO region. You will lead sales initiatives with dealers to grow construction equipment sales, manage complex relationships, and drive strategic programs across the territory.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to travel extensively to support customers and dealers within the Denver area and surrounding markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction equipment industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of Deere and dealer business concepts.
• Creative thinker with ability to identify issues and solve problems.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and planning capabilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to travel up to 75% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dealers to manage sales processes and drive solutions.
• Lead within the territory to implement strategic Initiatives with dealers.
• Achieve incoming and gross margin goals across sales targets.
• Organize and execute input, production, and sales process training with dealers.
• Coordinate dealer use of product consultations and sales training resources.
• Travel up to 75% within the territory to work with dealers and visit customers.
