Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive who will operate in a field-based role across a multi-state territory. You will hunt for new logos, build local relationships, and drive revenue growth while coordinating with a support team to close deals and transition accounts to management.

You will manage the full sales cycle, develop territory plans, and maintain a robust pipeline. Travel is required to meet clients at trade shows and customer sites within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business related field.
• 3–5 years in B2B field sales or new business development with a track record of meeting targets.
• Results oriented, hunting sales skills.
• Hunter drive with prospecting and closing new business.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport across levels.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time and territory.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• CPG industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to account management.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire new mid-market customers and expand accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and events.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth transition to the Account Manager.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth.
• Create strategic account plans to increase revenue and retention.
