Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is a global, remote-friendly employer seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive new logo acquisition across a multi-state territory within the United States. You will lead the sales cycle from prospecting through closure, supported by a lead generation team and regional plant network.

The role emphasizes hunting new business, building local relationships, and transitioning accounts to Account Management after one year.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B field sales or new business development.
• Track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• CPG industry knowledge preferable.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire new mid-market customers and expand accounts.
• Build a healthy pipeline via outbound prospecting, referrals, trade shows and meetings.
• Conduct customer discovery to understand needs and present packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transition to Account Manager.
• Build relationships with decision-makers to drive long-term growth.
• Create strategic account plans to increase revenue and retention.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues by coordinating internal resources.
• Monitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce.
• Prepare pricing using ePac quotation tools.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events.
• Consistently achieve pipeline, new business, and revenue growth.
