ePac Flexible Packaging seeks a Regional Sales Executive to acquire new CPG customers within a defined geographic territory. You will be the face of ePac locally, building relationships and closing new business with customers who value a local, in-person connection.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in B2B field sales or new business development with a track record of targets.
• Ability to develop territory plans and build a healthy pipeline.
• Experience representing a company at trade shows and events.
• Strong relationship-building with key decision-makers.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire new mid-market customers.
• Build and manage a pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, trade shows, and meetings.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and present solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business with a smooth transition to the Account Manager.
• Build multi-level relationships to drive long-term growth and cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records, pipeline, and forecasts in Salesforce.
