Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive new logo acquisition and growth within a defined US territory. You will own the full sales cycle, build strong relationships with mid-market customers, and work with a lead generation team to expand the footprint in your region.

After one year, accounts transition to an Account Manager. This field-based role requires a proactive hunter with the ability to travel and attend regional/national trade shows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a B2B field sales or new business development with a track record of meeting targets.
• Hunter mindset with a drive to prospect, close, and grow accounts.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop and execute territory plans to acquire new mid-market customers and expand existing accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth transition to the Account Manager.
