Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to acquire new customers in a defined geographic territory and build strong local relationships. You will serve as the face of ePac, closing new business with customers who value a local, in-person connection, and ensuring a seamless transition to Account Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a B2B field sales or new business development role with a track record of meeting targets.
• Hunter drive with proven ability to prospect and close new business.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and trust at all levels.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop a territory plan focused on acquiring new mid-market customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth transition to the Account Manager.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers to drive long-term growth; create strategic account plans.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
• Resolve customer issues by coordinating internal resources and monitor market opportunities for growth.
• Maintain accurate records and forecasting in Salesforce and prepare pricing with quoting tools.
