Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging seeks a Regional Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle across a defined territory. You will prospect, negotiate, and close new business while partnering with our lead generation team to grow mid-market accounts.

You will develop strategic plans, manage a healthy pipeline, and travel within the territory to meet clients and attend trade shows, driving revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field.
• 3–5 years in a B2B field sales or new business development with a consistent record of targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop a territory plan focused on acquiring new mid-market customers and expanding accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, trade shows, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business with a seamless transition to the Account Manager.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth.
• Represent ePac at regional and national trade shows and events.
• Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and pricing in Salesforce.
