Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive new logo acquisition in a defined geographic territory, including multi-state reach. You will be the face of ePac locally, cultivating relationships and closing business with mid-market customers that value local presence and in-person connections.

Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, developing territory plans, and collaborating with lead-gen and the Account Management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a B2B field sales or new business development with a track record of targets.
• Hunter mentality with passion for prospecting and closing new business.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust in person.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop a territory plan focused on acquiring new mid-market customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business while ensuring a seamless transition to the Account Manager.
• Develop multi-level relationships to drive long-term customer growth.
