Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging, a fast-growing global packaging company, seeks a Regional Sales Executive to acquire new logos and manage accounts in a defined territory. The role emphasizes face-to-face relationships and a relentless pursuit of new business, supported by a lead generation team.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive hunter with 3-5 years in B2B sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a business-related field.
• 3-5 years in B2B field sales or new business development with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong hunter drive with prospecting and closing new business.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport in person.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop and execute a territory plan focused on acquiring new mid-market customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, trade shows, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand business needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business while ensuring a seamless transition to the assigned Account Manager.
• Develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to increase revenue, retention, and profitability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer support throughout the sales process.
• Represent feedback to identify opportunities and monitor market trends.
