ePac Flexible Packaging, a leader in digital printing and packaging, seeks a Regional Sales Executive for the Pacific Northwest. This field-based hunter will acquire new customers in the territory, build relationships, and close deals while transitioning accounts to a dedicated manager after one year.

The role requires traveling to client sites, leveraging our lead-gen team, and representing ePac at regional events. A strong sales background and local market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business-related field.
• 3–5 years B2B field sales or new business development with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong hunter drive with prospecting and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire new mid-market customers and expand accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline via outbound prospecting, referrals, trade shows and in-person meetings.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand needs and present packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business with seamless transition to Account Manager.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth.
• Create strategic account plans to increase revenue and profitability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional support.
