Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging in Chicago seeks a Regional Sales Executive to drive new logo acquisition and expand our footprint in the assigned territory. This field-based Hunter role will build relationships, close deals, and hand off accounts to managers after one year.

You will own the full sales cycle, develop territory plans, and collaborate with a lead-gen team. Remote option but travel to client sites in the region is required; candidates must reside in the Chicago area.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B field sales or new business development experience.
• Hunter mentality with a proven track record of closing new business.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• CPG industry knowledge is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handoff to Account Management.
• Develop and execute a territory plan focused on acquiring new mid-market customers.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline via outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, trade shows and in-person meetings.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand business needs and present tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business while ensuring a smooth transition to the Account Manager.
• Develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth.
