Republic Services is seeking a Territory Executive to identify leads, prospect, and sell a full suite of waste and recycling services in assigned markets, including total waste stream management solutions. You will meet with decision-makers, deliver presentations, and close profitable business while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, adherence to pricing initiatives, and regular collaboration with the Sales Manager to track progress and revenue

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role.
• Waste or service industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Identifies viable leads, manages prospects and acquires new, profitable commercial, industrial and recycling business to meet revenue goals.
• Maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships and loyalty.
• Uses Salesforce daily to schedule and document activities and develop customer profiles.
• Prepares and delivers sales presentations to clients and closes sales.
• Builds relationships and increases company visibility through participation in events.
