Republic Services is seeking a Territory Executive to identify leads and prospect, selling the full suite of waste services across a defined market, including municipal and recycling solutions. You will build relationships with key decision makers, deliver compelling presentations, and close new and profitable accounts while growing existing ones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role that includes identifying and addressing customer needs.
• Waste or service industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Identifies viable leads and acquires new, profitable commercial, industrial and recycling business to meet revenue goals.
• Maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships and loyalty.
• Follows up on leads within 2 hours and creates follow-up tasks in Salesforce to determine next steps.
• Delivers sales presentations to new and existing clients and closes sales.
• Completes required paperwork and uses Salesforce daily to document activities and profiles.
• Attends trade shows, chamber events, and other activities to increase company visibility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
