Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Territory Executive to identify leads, prospect business, and sell the full range of waste and recycling services in designated markets outside major metros. You will meet with decision makers, deliver presentations, and close bids to drive revenue in the commercial and industrial sectors.

This role requires disciplined prospecting, relationship building, and the ability to navigate pricing initiatives with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years direct selling in a customer-facing role.
• Waste or service industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identifies viable leads and acquires new profitable commercial, industrial and recycling business.
• Maintains and grows relationships to ensure customer loyalty.
• Delivers sales presentations and follows up with key decision makers to close sales.
• Documents activities daily in Salesforce and maintains customer profiles.
• Develops market awareness and pricing strategies to grow revenue.
• Attends trade shows and chamber events to increase company visibility.
