Republic Services is seeking a Territory Executive to drive new business and manage profitable accounts in non-metropolitan markets. You will prospect, present, and close sales for the full suite of waste and recycling services, including total waste stream management solutions, while building long-term client relationships and loyalty.

You will regularly meet with key decision makers, leverage Salesforce, and maintain knowledge of pricing initiatives.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct selling in a customer-facing role.
• Waste or service industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Identify viable leads and acquire new commercial and industrial waste and recycling business.
• Meet monthly revenue targets and maintain existing customers through relationships and loyalty.
• Follow up on leads quickly and document next steps in Salesforce.
• Deliver sales presentations to clients and close deals for full waste stream management solutions.
• Schedule calls and appointments with decision-makers and perform cold prospecting.
• Keep informed on market trends and pricing structures to grow profitable revenue.
