Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Territory Executive to identify leads, prospect and sell a full suite of waste and recycling services, including total waste stream management solutions, in assigned markets outside major metros.

You will meet with decision makers, deliver presentations, and drive revenue growth through proactive outreach and strong relationship building with new and existing customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years direct selling in a customer-facing role.
• Waste or service industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify viable leads and acquire new profitable commercial, industrial, and recycling business.
• Maintain existing customers through long-term relationships and loyalty.
• Follow up leads within 2 hours and document next steps in Salesforce.
