Job summary

Republic Services, Inc. is seeking a Territory Executive to identify leads, prospect, and sell a full suite of waste and recycling services in a designated market outside a major metropolis.

You will meet with key decision makers, deliver presentations, and drive revenue across the full waste stream management solutions. The role requires at least 5 years of sales experience in the waste or service industry, a valid driver’s license, and a demonstrated ability to build lasting client

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years direct selling in a customer-facing role.
• Waste or service industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identifies viable leads and acquires new, profitable commercial and recycling business to meet revenue goals.
• Maintains long-term relationships and customer loyalty with existing clients.
• Uses Salesforce to document activities and determine next steps within 2 hours of lead receipt.
• Delivers sales presentations to new and existing clients and follows up with decision makers to close sales.
