Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Territory Executive to identify and develop profitable commercial, industrial, and recycling business in an assigned market outside major metros. You will present solutions across the full waste and recycling suite and cultivate long-term relationships with decision makers.

Required are 5+ years of sales experience, 2+ years in direct customer-facing selling, waste or service-industry background, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years direct selling in a customer-facing role.
• Waste or service industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify viable leads and acquire new, profitable commercial, industrial and recycling business to meet revenue goals.
• Deliver sales presentations and close deals with key decision makers.
• Maintain relationships to ensure long-term customer loyalty and revenue growth.
• Use Salesforce to log activities, follow up with leads, and manage customer profiles.
• Attend trade shows, chamber events and other company activities as required.
