Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Territory Executive to identify leads, prospect and sell a full suite of waste and recycling services in an assigned market. You will meet with decision makers, deliver compelling presentations, and close profitable contracts while expanding waste stream management solutions.

The role requires minimum 5 years of sales experience, strong prospecting skills, and the ability to work in a non‑metropolitan market. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience (Required).
• 2+ years direct selling in a customer-facing role.
• Waste or service industry experience (Required).
• Valid driver’s license (Required).

Responsibilities

• Identify viable leads and acquire new profitable commercial, industrial and recycling business to meet revenue goals.
• Deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients and close deals.
• Schedule follow-ups and maintain customer records in Salesforce.
• Build long-term relationships to increase customer loyalty and retention.
