Republic Services is seeking a Territory Executive to prospect, identify leads, and close new and profitable business in assigned markets. The role requires selling the full suite of waste and recycling services, including total waste stream management solutions, to commercial and municipal clients.

The ideal candidate has significant sales experience in waste or related industries and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role.
• Waste or service industry experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify viable leads and acquire new profitable commercial, industrial and recycling business.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals for new and existing customers.
• Retain customers by building long-term relationships and loyalty.
• Use Salesforce daily to track activities and customer profiles.
• Deliver sales presentations and close deals with key decision makers.
• Schedule and conduct cold calls and follow-up appointments with decision-makers.
• Prepare and renew Customer Service Agreements and related paperwork.
• Attend trade shows and community events to increase company visibility.
