Republic Services in Tennessee is seeking a Territory Executive to identify leads, prospect, and sell our full suite of waste and recycling services to commercial and industrial customers in assigned markets outside major metros.

You will deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and use Salesforce daily to manage activities and customer data. A valid driver's license and 5+ years in sales are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role that includes identifying and addressing customer needs.
• Waste or service industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies viable leads, manages prospects and acquires new, profitable commercial, industrial and recycling business to meet revenue goals.
• Maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships and loyalty.
• Uses Salesforce daily to schedule activities and document prospects and customer communications.
• Delivers sales presentations to clients and closes deals for total waste stream management solutions.
• Performs cold calls and schedules follow-up appointments with decision-makers.
• Keeps informed on market trends and pricing structures to offer additional services.
