Job summary

Republic Services seeks a Territory Executive to identify leads and prospect, selling new and profitable business within an assigned market outside major metros. You will sell the full suite of services, including waste and recycling, and meet with decision makers to close sales.

Responsibilities include delivering presentations, building long-term client relationships, and using Salesforce daily to track activities and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role.
• Waste or service industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify viable leads and acquire new profitable commercial, industrial and recycling business.
• Meet monthly revenue goals for new and existing customers.
• Retain customers by building long-term relationships and loyalty.
• Use Salesforce daily to document activities and progress prospects.
• Deliver sales presentations to clients and close deals.
• Attend trade shows and events to increase company visibility.
