Job summary

Service Partners is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate in New Jersey to expand our fast-growing business. You will manage your own territory, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales with uncapped earnings potential.

The role requires 3-5 years of outside sales experience, knowledge of the building industry, and the ability to read construction drawings. A valid driver’s license is also needed for field activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 3-5 years of outside sales experience.
• General Contractor/building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity in your territory.
• Deliver excellent presentations and negotiations; strong verbal and written communication.
• Process and review dealer orders and system acknowledgements.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
