Job summary

Service Partners, part of TopBuild Corp., is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to manage a New Jersey territory and drive growth in insulation and building products. You will cultivate dealer relationships, present compelling proposals, and close deals while handling orders and customer service.

A driver’s license and 3–5 years in outside sales are required. The role offers base + commission, comprehensive benefits, and travel across the territory with up to 75% overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Comprehension of construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and prospects in territory.
• Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate effectively.
• Process dealer orders and system generated acknowledgements.
• Travel within territory with flexibility for overnight stays (up to 75%).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
