Service Partners in Columbus, OH is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to drive growth in a fast‑growing business. You will manage your own territory, build strong customer relationships, and pursue high‑paced, uncapped earning potential.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of outside sales experience, knowledge of the building or insulation industry, and the ability to read construction drawings. This role requires travel up to 75% within a 250‑mile territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Comprehension of construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Independently manage existing customers and territory prospecting.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient with processing and reviewing dealer orders and system acknowledgements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
