Job summary

Service Partners, a leader in energy‑efficient insulation and building products, seeks an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to own a territory, drive growth, and represent our brand with integrity.

In this safety‑sensitive, field‑based role, you will build strong customer relationships, present solutions, and manage dealer orders while traveling up to 75% (within a 250‑mile radius). Prior outside sales success and building‑industry knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license if driving for company.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
• General Contractor/building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope or building science a plus.
• Ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Independently manage existing customers and territory prospecting.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; both verbal and written.
• Process and review dealer orders and system acknowledgements.
• Other duties as assigned.
