Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience
• Strong communication and presentations skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical thinking and sharp negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and opening doors to presenting and closing deals
• Deliver compelling presentations and drive deals to closure
• Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery after closing
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline in Central New Jersey territory
