Job summary

Service Partners is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to drive growth in a defined territory with uncapped earnings potential. You will manage existing customers, prospect new accounts, and deliver persuasive presentations to close deals.

Key attributes include entrepreneurial drive, strong communication, and the ability to navigate construction-related products. This role involves travel within a 250-mile radius and requires staying highly engaged with customers and market trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
• Ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers in your territory.
• Independently manage existing customers and prospect new ones.
• Deliver compelling presentations and negotiations, written and verbal.
• Process and review dealer orders and system generated acknowledgements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
