Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Small Business Services to cover a defined territory serving 1–49 employee clients. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, HR, benefits, and more, while also selling additional ADP solutions.

Qualifications

• College degree is not required; key is having the skills to do the job.
• 1–2 years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or related fields, OR military experience.
• Bonus: prior quota-carrying experience and ability to build a network using social media.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business within your defined geography by closing sales and achieving targets.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by targeting decision-makers and business owners.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family by selling additional cloud-based HR solutions within existing accounts.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners.
