ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services in a territory serving 1–49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, HR, benefits, and more, and sell to existing clients to expand ADP solutions.

Qualifications

• College degree is great but not required; the skills to do the job matter most.
• 1–2 years in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or related industry, OR military experience.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and hit or exceed goals within your defined geography.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients using a targeted approach to decision-makers and owners.
• Deepen relationships within existing accounts by selling additional ADP solutions.
• Collaborate with internal partners and act as an ADP ambassador to clients and networks.
