Job summary

Marmon/Keystone LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to service existing customers and expand our presence across Georgia and East Tennessee. You will own your territory, build relationships, and close new business in competitive markets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of sales success, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and strong CRM skills. Travel will be heavy, and base plus commission offers uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience expanding business and revenue.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot preferred.
• Willingness to travel 70%+ across the territory.
• Strong business and financial acumen with margin management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory strategy for high potential accounts across metals manufacturing, fabrication, and distribution.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new customers, expanding presence in key market segments.
• Grow existing relationships by uncovering new needs and cross-selling value added services.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform pricing and positioning.
• Keep customers informed about industry trends and Marmon/Keystone’s capabilities.
