Job summary

Marmon/Keystone LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own a Western PA, Eastern Ohio and Western NY territory, expanding our metals services. You will prospect, close new accounts, and nurture existing relationships while targeting strategic high-potential customers.

The role requires 3+ years' sales experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and willingness to travel 70%+. You’ll join a Berkshire Hathaway-backed leader with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with revenue growth.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with tubing, pipe, bar, or value-added metal services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy for high-potential accounts.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new customers; expand presence.
• Grow existing relationships by cross-selling and deeper engagement.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity for pricing and positioning.
• Keep customers informed about industry trends and Marmon/Keystone capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and quality.
• Provide territory updates with pipeline health and revenue forecasts.
