Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a territory-based sales representative for an entry-level role focused on promoting supplemental insurance solutions to SMBs. You will receive comprehensive training and manage a territory with autonomy over scheduling and client engagements.

The role involves direct business outreach, one-on-one conversations with decision-makers, and occasional group presentations to larger audiences. Licensing support is provided; a driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of post-high school work experience in sales or related field.
• Ability to obtain an Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce to curate leads and grow your client network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with your sales manager and team.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
