Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an entry-level Territory Sales Representative to drive growth by introducing top-tier supplemental insurance to SMBs. You will receive comprehensive training to excel in outreach, demos, and consultative selling across diverse sectors.

Expect a mix of one-on-one discussions with decision-makers and group product showcases for 50–100+ attendees. You’ll manage your own schedule and develop a growing client portfolio in a dynamic, autonomous role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience in sales or athletic background.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, develop owner relationships, and re-service clients.
• Grow and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and report it to the manager.
• Record daily activity and sales stats.
