You’ll manage a diverse schedule, visit local businesses, and present supplemental insurance solutions to proprietors and teams. The role emphasizes autonomy, continuous learning, and clear performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training and fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
