Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level Territory-based Sales Representative to drive the introduction of supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium businesses. You’ll receive extensive training and the support needed to succeed in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Work autonomously, visit local businesses, schedule meetings, and build a growing client portfolio while collaborating with the sales team to hit monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly targets with the sales team manager.
• Plan weekly schedules and submit them for approval.
• Record daily activity and sales progress.
