Mersen seeks a Sales Engineer / Territory Manager for the Western USA to drive revenue, expand the customer base, and provide on-site technical support. The role requires managing existing accounts, developing new opportunities, and traveling extensively to cover the territory.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred, with ~3+ years of outside sales experience and familiarity with rotating electrical equipment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of technical outside sales experience
• Technical knowledge of rotating electrical equipment
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Ability to travel up to 60% across the Western U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales strategy and success across power generation, manufacturing and transportation segments.
• Manage existing customer portfolio and develop new customers and product opportunities.
• Provide on-site technical support including data collection, component specification and troubleshooting.
• Travel extensively within the Western U.S., including trade shows and events.
• Meet revenue, margin and quota targets while increasing market share.
• Maintain CRM records, track leads and report results to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and, if needed, independent reps within the territory.
