Mersen in the United States is seeking a Sales Territory Manager for Electrical Motors in the Northeast region. You will drive revenue growth by building strategic relationships with OEMs and key accounts while expanding the territory.

The role requires 5+ years of technical outside sales experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office. Extensive travel within a 15-state region and occasional remote work are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical outside sales experience, preferably with electrical motors.
• Experience selling to OEMs is a plus and experience in a multi-state territory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office tools; ability to analyze technical data.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets and margin projections for the territory.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy across the 15-state region.
• Manage and nurture customer relationships with key accounts.
• Travel extensively for customer visits, trade shows and events.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, R&D and operations teams.
