Job summary

Mersen in the United States seeks a Sales Territory Manager for the Northeast region to drive revenue growth across MI, OH, PA and nearby states. This home-based role requires extensive travel to customers and trade shows, coordinating with engineering and procurement to qualify opportunities.

You will develop territory strategies, manage key accounts, respond to RFIs, and coordinate with internal groups to deliver tailored electrical motor solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ technical outside sales experience; electrical and motors helpful; OEMs a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM-Salesforce; JDE a plus.
• Safety is your #1 priority and you take all necessary precautions.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow designated market/territory.
• Extensive travel within the Northeast region (OH/MI/PA and surrounding states).
• Engage with OEMs, interpret drawings and specifications for solutions.
• Manage inquiries, RFQs, pricing requests, and procurement contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer solutions and growth.
