Mersen is seeking a Sales Territory Manager for the Northeast USA to drive revenue and customer growth with high- tech electrical motors solutions. The role requires extensive regional travel and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to quote execution.

Based remotely from OH/PA/MI, you will collaborate with internal teams and customers, leverage Salesforce and JDE, and negotiate contracts while meeting annual targets and earning a base salary plus bonuses.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of technical outside sales experience; electrical and motors helpful; OEM experience a plus.
• Undergraduate degree or extensive equivalent experience.
• Strong English communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve revenue targets and margins while expanding market share.
• Build and execute a sales strategy for the Northeast USA territory (OH/MI/PA and beyond).
• Develop new business, manage quotes, and travel extensively to customers and events.
