Eaton's North American Sales Division is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join the team in Chandler, AZ, Littleton, CO, or Salt Lake City, UT, covering the Mountain District. The role blends business development, technical support, and solution selling to grow residential electrical solutions.

Responsibilities include building relationships with contractors and channel partners, executing territory plans, and driving demand through events and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, business development, account management, sales engineering, product management, or related commercial roles.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Chandler, AZ; Littleton, CO; or Salt Lake City, UT.
• Eaton will not sponsor employment visas. Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with single-family contractors, channel partners, homebuilders, and distribution partners.
• Identify and activate high-potential installers and distribution partners within the territory.
• Support and grow existing installers and channel partners, increasing engagement and sales performance.
• Execute territory sales plans and business development strategies to achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct customer visits, field events, trade shows, and site visits to strengthen relationships and drive demand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide customer-centric solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to manage pipeline, engagement, and forecasting.
• Influence purchasing decisions through technical expertise and solution selling.
