Job summary

Eaton’s North American Sales Division seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to cover the Seattle and Portland territories, located in Tukwila, WA or Wilsonville, OR. You will build relationships with contractors, channel partners, homebuilders, and installers while driving residential electrical solutions growth through smart panels, EVCI, and integrated offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, business development, account management, sales engineering, product management, or related roles.
No relocation assistance; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Tukwila, WA or Wilsonville, OR.
Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.
Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, channel partners, homebuilders, installers, and distributors.
Identify and activate high-potential installers and distribution partners within the territory.
Support and grow existing installers and channel partners to boost engagement and sales.
Execute territory sales plans and business development strategies to meet sales targets.
Visit customers, participate in events, trade shows, and trainings to strengthen relationships and drive demand.
Collaborate with product lines, operations, and internal stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions.
