The position requires building relationships, delivering compelling presentations, coordinating with distributors, and using Salesforce for pipeline, territory planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum three years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, business development, account management, sales engineering, product management, or related roles.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 25% overnight.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation offered for this position; candidate must reside within 50 miles of Grapevine, TX, Austin, TX or San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell Eaton’s electrical products and services in the Residential market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key contractors, channel partners, and homebuilders.
• Coordinate sales for the territory and provide technical support with distributors, customers, end users and specifiers.
• Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to manage pipeline activity, territory performance and forecasting.
• Plan promotional events and drive demand through field visits, trade shows, and training programs.
