You will engage installers and distributors, execute territory plans, and collaborate across product lines while leveraging Salesforce for pipeline and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or related roles.
• Must reside within 50 miles of City of Industry CA, Los Angeles CA, or San Diego CA.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, channel partners, and homebuilders in the territory.
• Identify and activate high-potential installers and distribution partners.
• Support and grow existing installers and channel partners to improve engagement and sales.
• Execute territory sales plans and business development strategies.
• Conduct regular customer visits, trade shows, ride-alongs, and site visits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product lines and operations.
• Monitor market conditions and competitive activities; share insights with product teams.
• Train channel partners on Eaton products and tools.
• Collect market intelligence to drive data-based decisions.
• Provide accurate planning, quotations, and technical support.
• Influence purchasing decisions with technical expertise and solution selling.
• Plan promotions and presentations to promote Eaton’s position.
• Use Salesforce and other tools to manage pipeline and forecasting.
