Zusammenfassung

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive top-line growth in the Winston-Salem, NC territory. After a 13-week training period, you will identify new customers, build relationships, and deliver tailored solutions across food & beverage, industrial and healthcare sectors that rely on linen, uniforms, and facility services.

You will report to a Regional Sales Manager who will train and coach you, with support from a dedicated team.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proven history of outside sales success and meeting/exceeding weekly goals.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by actively managing the Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers smoothly.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to plan upcoming installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure a smooth transition to service team.
