Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive top-line growth in North/Central Charlotte and surrounding areas. After training, you will close deals, build client relationships, and deliver customized linen, uniform, and facility service solutions to diverse industries.

You will cover a broad territory with ample earning potential through uncapped commissions and bonuses. The role requires travel within the assigned territory, strong communication, time management, and a track record in

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ability to comprehend and follow direction, as well as strong time management skills.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Have and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record free of chargeable accidents.
• Recognize colors, sizes and types of product.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment.
• College degree preferred or two years of outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming customer installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
• Daily travel within designated sales territory.
