Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive top-line growth for the branch. You will report to a Regional Sales Manager who will train, coach, and assist in closing new business.

After training, you will identify and secure new customers, build relationships, and deliver tailored linen, uniforms, and facility services solutions across multiple industries. Your role includes leveraging a dedicated team to reach growth goals, offering competitive pay with uncapped commissions, and

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English with strong presentation skills.
• College degree preferred or at least two years of outside sales experience.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming customer installations.
